Sitting in the sun...

Before we went on our trip this half term we went to visit Tim's parents. Sunday was the first day in a long time that the sun came out a little and it didn't rain. I always enjoy walking around their garden. Even it seems in winter.

Sitting outside with the sun's rays falling upon my face, it felt like heaven...

I don't know how your winter is going but feel free to sit with me a while...

I don't know about you but I needed that...

  1. That's beautiful Sian. We've already the first signs of spring too: snowdrops, crocuses, even a single tiny well-protected cherry blossom at the local synagog. But yesterday and today is snow, that continues to fall, but even after 12 hours, refuses to stick to the roads. Hopefully that will keep it from being a slushy mess when the rains start ... we're glad for any rainfall, frozen or not, this dry, dry year. We are, after all, a rainforest!

Anyway, your photos are gorgeous as always. <3

  2. Getting some sun and seeing some green in the spring is one of my favorite things in the world! I'm glad you got to enjoy some of that.
