Slimbridge

TSlimbridge is essentially a bird and wetlands sanctuary and it is pretty to the extreme.
As you walk through the main doors outside the birds will already be giving you the flirty eyes...Mainly because you are the one holding the bird seed but still...

'Well hello there...'

And man those Swans. They may start out as *whispers* 'ugly ducklings', but boy do they end up qualifying for Americas Next top Model...

'Um please get my good side...'

That's it Darling, draw in your audience...
Slowly...

Then WHOOPA!
pull the big guns out!
Its not just this poser, they were all at it...

Back and forth like on a run way...

But without pesky Naomi Campbell heels to worry about...

Yes, yes very impressive...

But so its the surrounding area you can walk through...

And you don't want to miss the air show....

They all get involved, including ol' crazy eyes here...

Formations and loop de loops can be seen...
As well as nice safe landings, that almost look as if ...um...they are heading right for you (hide the snacks people...)

Back on land we continue to walk around admiring and feeding the ducks. The flirting from ducks also continues (Seriously I think I bring it out in them, you know, the same way I seem to make horses want to trample me)

Always with the wings huh?

I got to admit theyre some fine feathers girl...
 oooh and nice anklet...

And whoa check out the narly Mohawk on this little dude...

Check out little Miss Black Swan and her baby...

But you know not all of them went crazy for us...
These two clearly only had eyes for each other...

And this one, well this one just has crazy red eyes...
Is it me or is this one totally giving me stink eyes? Like you take photo, you pay for it!...

And these guys seems to like to keep to themselves...

And of course Slimbridge has a totally rocking wet area for kiddies which is essentially a 'come, let your kiddies get soaked' kind of place...

Although the lifeguard is a little too serious for my liking...

BTW who's weird looking foot is that?

See you around little feathered friends, sure I'll call you...sometime...
